We collect contact information from doctors and clinics (name, phone, email) to provide the service. Through WhatsApp integration, we process patient messages solely for appointment management and clinical communication — never for medical diagnosis.

2. Use of Information

Information is used exclusively for: (a) operating the WhatsApp agent and scheduling appointments, (b) generating performance reports in the client portal, and (c) integrating with the client's Meta Ads campaigns.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except service providers necessary to operate the platform (message processing, cloud infrastructure). All providers are subject to confidentiality agreements.

4. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Data is transmitted using TLS encryption.
